By connecting a calendar to Lead Sync you agree to these terms. Lead Sync is operated by Rediscover Digital LLC.
The service
Lead Sync connects your calendar to the booking and intake tools provided through your account so that appointments are created, updated and removed on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to connect the calendar you choose.
- You will keep your account credentials secure.
- You will use the service in line with applicable law and with the policies of Google and Microsoft.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Calendar providers may change or limit access, which can affect the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Rediscover Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed or duplicated appointments caused by calendar provider outages or incorrect availability settings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
